Tough Monday Run
That was a tough morning run. 10.14 miles in 1.31.16. Pretty slow pace for me but I couldn't push it given the snow, sleet and ice. Last 30 min. was heaven; took 1 hr. to break through the wall.

I feel so bad that people are still running in the snow. I'm glad we're seeing some signs of Spring on the east coast!
ReplyDeleteGlad things are clearing up on the East coast. We generally have great weather year around so I can't complain + I like some days running in the snow.
