Continuing to Improve
At this point, I'm stronger and faster than I've ever been since I started running. This is due to many changes including a new running schedule, more speed work, more quality running, and the new Evo shoes that allow me to run pretty close to barefoot. I've started to consistently run sub 6:00 pace and it feels great. The challenge is running easy on easy days and I'm still working on that. I also believe the decision to not think about the marathon distance and just concentrate and train for the 5k/10k races this summer has been a smart choice.

Keep up the good work, Harry. I see those times on the right hand side of my screen dropping a bit this year ;)
ReplyDeleteThanks Sean. I hope so. I think I'm ready for my first sub 20 min. 5k. I'll be taking a run at it in a few weeks at a 5k race.
ReplyDeleteDang, Harry, less than a month out and you already broke it. Great Job. Next up is to get that 10K under 40:00!!!
